Bio: Vrinda is an Integral Yoga-Vedanta instructor. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the Carlos Albizu University, and is presently completing her MA at the California Institute of Integral Studies, School of Consciousness and Transformation with a concentration in Women's Spirituality. Her research interests include the intersections of panentheism, spiritual activism, social justice praxis, the Goddess informing women's identity, and mothering for transformative leadership and planetary sustainability. Vrinda is presently researching the stories of enlightened women in India, with an emphasis on the ontological and epistemological challenges which can render some key terms meaningless when read in English language, while attempting to expand our narrative on how Goddess informed women influence the hermeneutic range of spiritual leadership and praxis in their time. Vrinda is also working on an updated hermeneutic narrative of the Story of Sita and Rama, and the stories of enlightened women of India.
